INVESTIGATORS AND COLLABORATORS
LINCOLN PROJECT COLLABORATORS
The Lincoln Project leadership has recruited a pan-university, multidisciplinary design team, including collaborators from cardiovascular sciences, behavioral medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, pharmacology, public health, biostatistics, health information, environmental studies, social work, philosophy and nursing to systematically collect and analyze the distribution, disease conditions, health behaviors, environmental factors and other characteristics of OHPND victims in eastern North Carolina.
We have a top-level team of investigators with a proven track record of publications and the securing of research funding. Our experts have data management and analysis experience and the necessary resources to conduct the studies essential to the Lincoln Project.
With our home base at ECU, we will have close and convenient proximity and access to the research population, our region’s citizens. With ECU’s mission to serve eastern North Carolina and to improve the quality of life and health care for its people, we are in position through the Lincoln Project to become a national leader in OHPND research and prevention.
