ABOUT

Who We Are

We are a team of researchers who believe a holistic approach to health intervention and disease prevention grounded in community resources is required to address increasing public health problems faced by those living in rural areas.

What We Do

We seek to establish Out of Hospital Premature Natural Death (OHPND) as a measure of community health and mitigate its devastating effects on individuals, families, and neighbors.

Why We Do It

We want to contribute to building thriving rural communities that encourage medical, social, and emotional well-being.
